I do not want to think that I have wasted my money. I would like to know if anyone has had the same problem and if they could help me. Since that Monday, I have been in contact with support and as of today, I have not received any response. I went to my game library and copied the serial number for AC4 that corresponded to my purchase, but to my surprise, when I entered the serial number, it said that the code was invalid. ![]() When I launched the single player mode, I was surprised to find that I needed a serial number to play the game. So, I decided to start the game from the shortcut created on the desktop (one for singleplayer and another for multiplayer). I entered the password, but then the launcher got stuck. Initially, everything seemed normal, but when I tried to open the game from the launcher, it prompted me to enter my account password. The problem arose when I tried to install the game on my PC that same day. ![]() Hello, since last Monday, February 24th, I decided to buy the AC4 Gold edition for PC from the Ubisoft store since it was on sale.
