Say I’m ordering a Christmas gift for dad: right from the Apple Pay screen I can toggle to have the item shipped to my word address (which Apple Pay reads from my contact) so that the gift isn’t seen by dad when it’s delivered. You can also toggle between the address, email, and phone number you’d like to use. With Apple Pay some merchants let you pick the shipping method right from the Apple Pay screen.
